Develop a name, which will be determined by the type of event that this will be
Create a logo for said event
Design a stage for the event (Shape/Colour/Size)
Determine where LCD Screen, theatrical performers, art, sculptures, speakers and other objects will be placed around the event
Design art and sculptures that will be used throughout the event
Design a lighting plan for the event.
Look at what lights may be used: shape, colour, types and sizes
After looking at all design areas, evaluate how each should be used in comparison to the initial plan. Create an overview picture of how the event will look. Each piece of art and design will also be displayed to stand alone.
